Weekly Menu - March 12 to March 18

Last week I decided to make the weekly menu a little easier on myself and start my weeks on Monday rather than Sunday.  That way I have a little more time to grocery shop, and I can move my off night from Friday night to Sunday night.  Hopefully this plan will work out better; if not, I can always go back =)

• Monday - Lemon Alfredo with Chicken and Prosciutto (unfortunately I didn't get to it last week!)
• Tuesday - Creamy Penne Casserole
• Wednesday - Crispy Cheddar Chicken
• Thursday - Stuffed Shells with marinara sauce
• Friday - Pizza Casserole
• Saturday - Off Night
• Sunday - Off Night

How do you prefer to schedule your week -- with Sunday first or Monday?
